From site layout to the last sweep of the bin floor, we'll handle the details so you don't have to. 

Here's what to expect when you build with Summit Contracting:

1. Determine: Your dedicated, single point of contact will work with you to determine your needs.

2. Communicate: Our detail-oriented project managers will keep in regular communication with you.

3. Customize: Our design specialists will help determine and add customizations you might want. 

4. Site Prep: Your site will be prepped for construction, starting with excavation and concrete (if necessary). 

5. Delivery: A highly trained, CDL-certified driver will deliver and unload all components on-site. 

6. Construction: A structure-specific crew will then begin construction shortly after delivery. 

7. Walk-through: Your project manager will conduct a final walk-through to ensure your project is complete. 

8. Client Satisfaction: Our client relations team will be in contact with you to make sure the project and communication meets your expectations.

Construction completion doesn't mean Summit's job is done. 

Once your structure is in place, our team will continue to check in with you to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your project.
